About this role

Amsterdam | Fulltime (32-40 uur) | Hybride Als Junior Implementatie Consultant bij Studytube help jij onze MKB klanten de eerste 30 tot 90 dagen om zelfstandig te worden in het gebruik van ons platform. Dit betekent dat je vaak meerdere klanten tegelijk helpt en nauw contact hebt met ons Sales team om goed op de hoogte te zijn van hun behoeften. Samen maken jullie voor iedere klant een implementatieplan. Zo zal de ene klant online geïmplementeerd kunnen worden, waar een ander meer fysieke en intensieve begeleiding nodig heeft. Door het stellen van de juiste vragen, help jij klanten om op de korte en lange termijn succesvol te zijn. Met jouw rol als implementatie consultant ben je hierbij sturend voor de klant richting go-live.…
