About this role
STV is seeking Environmental Mold Analyst to join our team in our Environmental Services group. The Mold Analyst’s overall objective is to support the Project Manager and team in delivering high-quality data on-time and within budget while building and maintaining a positive client relationship. This role is contingent upon renewal and continuation of STV’s contract with New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Baez PACT Mold Analyst Environmental Consulting Services. Position Responsibilities: Perform quality control reviews of mold assessment data. Management and analysis of data for trends and reporting requirements. Interact and coordinate with property managers and residents. Prepare reports. Perform periodic site visits at multifamily properties throughout NYC.…
