About this role
Superside is looking for a Cape Town based Video Content Creator who is a content creator at heart, comfortable in front of camera, constantly watching ads, and genuinely excited by the challenge of making paid social videos that people want to stop and watch.
We’re looking for someone obsessed with new video ideas: the person who sees a Meta ad, a LinkedIn post or a weird Instagram Reel and immediately starts deconstructing why it works. What was the hook? Why did the first three seconds land? Was it the pacing, the caption style, the camera angle, the way the problem was framed? This role is for someone who naturally brings references, has ten rough ideas in the back pocket, and wants to test formats instead of waiting for a perfect brief.
