Senior Quantity Surveyor - civil

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil to be deployed full-time at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost management, commercial administration, contractor billing, variations, claims and cost control for civil works. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Quantity Surveying and commercial activities for civil works at the project site. Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates and cost plans based on drawings and specifications. Review project drawings, specifications and scope to identify quantity and cost implications. Verify contractor measurements, RA bills and interim payment applications .
