Sweetgreen is seeking an IT Operations Associate to join our Technology Platform Operations Team — helping build and operate the platform services that keep our corporate, store, and enterprise technology secure, reliable, and increasingly self-service as we continue to shape the future of food.
About the Job
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of corporate IT systems, and support other Corporate employees (all the way up to Executives) for their IT needs. This role is also critical to contributing to the team's platform transformation — shifting from reactive support toward automated, AI-powered, and self-service delivery.
