About this role
The Product Supply Analyst will be a member of our Supply Chain team and is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply to our 250+ restaurants by owning supply forecasting, monitoring item performance and demand trends, and making timely, data-backed recommendations that keep products in our restaurants while driving waste out of our supply chain. This seasoned professional will convert demand plans into supply plans, build and refine forecasting models, and generate supply, distribution, and material requirement plans that scale with the business. We are looking for an experienced supply chain practitioner with deep analytical expertise, sound business judgment, and a proven track record of standing up scalable supply planning processes in a high-growth, multi-unit environment.…
