About this role
We are recruiting an Appway / FNZ Studio Support & Development Specialist to strengthen a team dedicated to Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. In this role, you will primarily ensure the operational stability of onboarding, KYC review, and remediation workflows while contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of the platform. Job Responsibilities Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, investigate incidents, coordinate resolution activities, and liaise with vendors and technical partners when required. Monitor workflow performance and system health through logs, dashboards, queues, jobs, and alerting mechanisms to ensure service continuity.…
