About this role

Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: As AVP - Sys Admin & AI Solution Architect, you will be the Process Improvement Expert for AI within Source to Pay (S2P) organization. This includes building agents, launching preconfigured agents, and understanding where the best opportunities are to improve and connect processes in Synchrony. Also, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and our AI working group to configure Procurement, Sourcing, Risk & Contracts modules of Synchrony’s Coupa system as per Synchrony’s Source to Pay organizations requirements. You will also collaborate with IT teams and Coupa teams for ticketing processes and fixing any issues.…
