Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Reporting L2 Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in production support or operations engineering, ideally within payments or financial services. The role will provide L2 operational support for reporting, payments, batch processing, file-based data flows, and related production systems.The successful candidate will manage incidents, investigate application and data issues, monitor scheduled jobs and file deliveries, support Windows Server operations, and collaborate with technology and business teams to maintain reliable services.
