Key Responsibilities Ownership & Execution Independently plan, scope, and deliver database infrastructure projects and operational improvements end-to-end. Define and maintain standards, runbooks, and best practices for database administration across all supported platforms. Proactively identify and propose improvements to database management processes, tooling, and architecture. Operations & Reliability Administer, monitor, and optimize production database environments across Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP HANA. Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, backup/recovery strategy, and high-availability configuration. Manage database platforms on both Linux and Windows Server environments. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for database-related issues.…
