About this role
Talen Energy is currently seeking a Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance to join our team. The role will be based out of our new office in Houston, on Allen Parkway . We work a hybrid model - working a few days from home and a few days in the office. What will you own? Work alongside the VP – Treasurer and CFO in managing debt related transactions both at the corporate and project levels Manage and lead relationships with all three credit rating agencies (Moody’s, S&P, and Fitch) Strong leadership in process improvement, streamlining of workflows, and system implementations Manage a team of analysts providing mentorship and career development support Develop corporate finance analyses pertaining to cost of capital, interest rate hedging, liquidity, capital allocation, leverage, etc.…
