About this role

The Global HRIS Director will be responsible for the support, development and continued implementation of Human Resources technology strategies and methodologies to meet the business needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and manage Workday for the Perseus Division globally within a shared Workday environment; collaborate with other tenant owners to collectively govern Workday while ensuring Perseus-specific requirements and goals are achieved. Ability to identify issues, apply judgment to find proactive solutions within our HR system. Document and maintain accurate and thorough HRIS end-user processes and procedures; and ensure training is provided to end-users across the organization.…
