About this role
RO Writer is a market-leading shop management system for the automotive repair industry, deployed in thousands of locations across the United States and Canada. We are in the middle of the most significant evolution in our product’s history: migrating our legacy on-premise platform to a modern cloud based solution . We are looking for a Product Manager to own the remainder of that migration and the platform beyond it. This is not a coordinator role. You will be the person who decides what gets built before each group of customers moves to the cloud, what can wait, and what we leave behind and you will own those calls. You will work alongside engineering, customer success, sales, and leadership, all of whom care deeply about this product and will push hard for their priorities.…
