About this role
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Developer Experience (DevX) team supports customers integrating and using Talon.One. The team is responsible for the product docs, developer docs, in-product UX copy, and the technical infrastructure behind the docs platform. Our primary audience spans two groups: marketing users operating the product (campaign managers, loyalty managers), and backend engineers integrating our APIs.
We use the docs-as-code approach. The content lives in GitHub and the documentation website runs on Docusaurus. The API reference is generated from OpenAPI specifications.
We are looking for a Documentation Engineer to help us extend our documentation platform and write new documentation for our customers. You will sit within the DevX team and work with Product teams.…
