Head of Commercial Finance / FP&A Salary: £85,000 Location: Cardiff (Hybrid, at least 1-2 days per week on site) Are you a commercially minded finance leader who thrives on turning insight into action? Target Group is looking for a Head of Commercial Finance / FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis function and play a key role in shaping strategic decision-making across the business.
