POSITION OVERVIEW: The Mechanical Lead is expected to ensure project assembly functions are executed properly, within budget and on time under the direction of the assembly supervisor and/or Leadman. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead small to medium size groups Train and mentor new personnel Manage shop assembly activities through daily/weekly work plans Maintain project status reports Ensures that work is accomplished safely Assists the supervisor in enforcing standards and complying with regulations Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) Monitor budgeted labor hours Ensure zero recordable safety incidents through proactive planning and continuous improvement initiatives Any other duties as assigned by TAS.…
