About this role

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Sr. Warehouse Associate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations of a specific area within the warehouse to ensure all incoming orders are processed according to department defined goals, ensuring transactions accuracy and reporting discrepancies to find resolution. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and direct other warehouse associates including contractors in their day-to-day responsibilities. Prioritize workload within the warehouse. Maintain training records for all associates. Identify and address all safety hazards within the work area. Participate in Lean/Kaizen, Black Belt, and other Operational Excellence initiatives. Train new warehouse associates in material handling, identification, and system transactions.…
