About this role

This fast-paced role entails sales- and marketing-focused systems engineering with a focus on the company’s CRM ( Salesforce ) and business/process automation for the largest real estate development in East Africa. CRM & Business Automation Lead the development and implementation strategy for the Rendeavour CRM. Integrate marketing campaigns into the CRM. Analyze buyer behavior from Rendeavour digital platforms. Implement new CRM software relevant to Rendeavour’s business. Maintain CRM databases. Overall lead improvement of business efficiency through software engineering. Digital Marketing Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with clear, measurable objectives.…
