Position Summary : This position is responsible for documenting and quality checking returned products, as well as receiving and processing return authorizations. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Document all returned packages using company systems. Quality check all returned products for damage or defects. Receive Return Authorizations accurately and prepare for Return to Stock, Authorized Returned Product, or Scrap. Process Return Authorizations within 5 business days of original date of return. Understand and execute FIFO process for returned packages. Process Authorized Returned Product stock according to company guidelines. Conduct all tasks in accordance with satisfactory safety practices. Maintain a neat and orderly work area.…
