About this role
TCI is hiring a Carrier Procurement Representative on our Brokerage team! The Carrier Procurement Rep will report directly to the Director of Carrier Procurement. This role requires great communication skills, energetic personality, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone that possesses a self-starter mentality who can provide ownership and accountability while working through complex situations. Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Secure brokered trucks to assigned shipments needed to provide an excellent customer service experience. Manage the relationship between the carrier and the company. Build strong relationships with carriers by staying in constant communication to ensure day-to-day and long-term needs are met.…
