ROLE TITLE: Manager, Early Talent POSITION REPORTS TO: Senior Managing Director, Early Talent LOCATION : Texas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma WHAT YOU’LL DO Teach For America (TFA) is seeking a dynamic Manager, Early Talent (MET) who will lead engagement strategies for undergraduates in a region, generating interest and awareness of educational inequity, influencing brand, and building the movement for educational equity amongst communities of leaders. As a MET, you will work with campaigns in their region to advise and execute on undergraduate engagement strategy. You will create experiences that generate awareness of the movement for educational equity and build accurate knowledge regarding Teach For America’s role in addressing this issue.…
