ROLE TITLE : MD, RISE Cohort Coach (Temp) POSITION REPORTS TO : MD, Alumni Impact APPLICATION DEADLINE : August 19th, 2026 LOCATION : North Carolina WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for an experienced, relationship-centered coach to support approximately 25–28 fellows in the RISE 3rd Year Teaching Cohort over approximately 6 months as they translate reflection, evidence, and goals into meaningful classroom practice. This role will partner closely with and report to the MD, Alumni Impact to provide individualized coaching, synthesize trends across the cohort, and help inform monthly cohort spaces and program adjustments.…
