Als Technischer Facility Manager (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale technische Schlüsselperson und der Kopf für die Wartung, Instandhaltung und Optimierung der gesamten Gebäudeinfrastruktur (TGA) in unserem FC in Oberhausen. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Funktion aller komplexen Gebäudeinstallationen (wie HVAC, Elektro, Sanitär und Brandschutz) sowie der angrenzenden Automatisierungstechnik, welche die Grundlage für den Betrieb des FCs bildet.…
