About this role
A paraprofessional who provides non-medical personal care and assists with activities of daily living, and related services in the home for the sick and the disabled. The individual requires specific training, competence and performs assigned functions of personal support services and skilled care to the patient in a residence under the direction, instruction, and supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Reports To: • Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor/RN. Duties/Responsibilities: Provides personal care support services authorized in the Plan of Care and permitted under state laws.
