About this role
• Ensure ongoing OJK reporting obligations are met accurately and on schedule, alongside other regulatory reporting requirements. • Review and strengthen accounting policies, tax compliance procedures, and internal controls across entities to support scalable, audit-ready reporting. • Lead and take full ownership of the accounting & tax function across all 13 local entities & 23 offshore entities: ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and tax reporting. • Directly supervise and develop the current team of 5 (2 Managers, 3 Staff), allocating workload between accounting and tax matters and ensuring neither is neglected.…
