About this role

Job Description: The Sr. Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of testing activities through logical data analysis, evidence-based decision making, and implementation of corrective actions. This role drives KPI achievement, continuous improvement initiatives, and measurable business results while leading engineering resources and supporting Milwaukee's product qualification and validation processes. How You'll Make an Impact Lead and oversee product validation and testing activities. Monitor and drive department KPIs, including on-time test initiation, completion, checklist closure, action item completion, and material readiness.
