About this role

The Practice Lead for Microsoft AI Business Solutions is responsible for leading the delivery excellence and commercial performance of the Microsoft Dynamics & AI Business Solutions Practice. This includes platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and collaboration with other Department Practice Leads in the areas of Azure, PaaS solutions and Business Central / ERP. This go-to-market role combines technical leadership with outward-facing responsibilities, including pre-sales support, client engagement, and ownership of departmental output targets.
