About this role

Missão: O Site Specialist fornece suporte IT completo, end-to-end, para os escritórios regionais. Esta é uma função altamente autónoma para um técnico que valoriza manter o ambiente IT local ao mais alto nível. Quais serão as tuas principais responsabilidades: Gestão Local (On-Site Ownership): Gerir todo o lifecycle de hardware (procurement, setup, deployment e retirement) para o escritório atribuído. Triage Independente (Independent Triage): Resolver localmente uma vasta gama de issues L1 e L2, atuando como único ponto de contacto IT no local.
