About SUMMARY The Inside Sales Manager is directly responsible for training, directing, and developing inside sales representatives and customer service team members to ensure the financial success of the sales office. This leader must work collaboratively across departments—including production, engineering, and outside sales—to drive customer satisfaction, improve internal coordination, and support business growth. This role requires a proactive, data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build a customer-first culture from the inside out.
