About Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to help lead and improve daily operations in our fast-growing food manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone with a strong production background, preferably in meat processing or food manufacturing, who knows how to build teams, improve efficiency, manage floor performance, and create accountability. This person will work closely with Leadership and our Production Supervisors to improve scheduling, labor planning, throughput, KPI tracking, maintenance coordination, and overall plant discipline.
