About this role

Job Description 1.负责实现专管客户和领域的零部件销售额的实现和增长。 2.提供适合的产品和方案,以合适的推进途径,维护并提高专管客户和领域的零部件市场份额,开发新客户。 3.有效及时收集与客户需求以及竞争对手的信息,分析零部件市场和客户状况,维护并增强和客户间的信赖和互利关系; 4.负责维护和提升客户满意度;及时对应客户的质量和服务问题,协调内部资源解决客户问题; 5.参与或主导售后服务解决方案的生成、推进和实施;设备销售和服务部门提供支持 6.每月制定零部件的销售计划;与日本总部和其他区域有效沟通和协调 7.负责生成和提供相关数据的统计分析(KPI, ABC, ES周报/月报等)。 任职要求: 1.具有独立的方案制订、业务推进、特别是实现解决方案实现的能力和实践。 2.具有5年以上销售经验,有半导体或机械零部件行业经验更佳。 3.擅长客户和内部沟通;服务意识强;工作逻辑条理性强并注重细节;具团队合作精神。 4.能有效运作和协调安排业务,并适应出差和紧迫时效性的需求。 5.熟练使用EXCEL、PPT进行数据分析和汇报演示。
