Job Description 岗位内容: 1.负责区域内的客户服务,统筹协调客户问题解决。 2.针对性提供持续改善的解决方案,提高TEL产品和服务竞争力,展现TEL的服务优势。 3.积极推进和创新服务模式,为公司和客户创造价值。 4.加强团队建设和人才培养,提高团队的技术和综合能力,以实现团队成员与公司共同发展。 5.数据化分析和管理区域内业务数据、工作Loading 、团队效率等,负责本区域的KPI达成。 岗位要求: 1.五年以上半导体前道工作经验,并具备三年以上团队管理经验。 2.数据化、系统化思维和创新意识。 3.善于沟通、积极乐观、擅于挑战。
