About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt unseren General Counsel bei der Bearbeitung vielseitiger rechtlicher Fragestellungen und wirkst an der Erstellung sowie Prüfung von Vertragsdokumenten – überwiegend in englischer Sprache – mit. Du erhältst Einblicke in Themen wie Vertragsrecht, Compliance & Regulierung, Datenschutz, IP-Recht, M&A sowie Gesellschaftsrecht. Bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner rechtlicher Dokumente, Vorlagen und Datenbanken unterstützt du und trägst so zu effizienten Arbeitsabläufen im Team bei. Du wirkst bei Compliance-Checks mit und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Datenschutzanforderungen in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld.
