The Team Our Change, Culture and Engagement (CCE) consultants helps companies to do things they haven’t done before. We support businesses with people-centred change. This might include aligning teams as part of a merger, helping operationalise a new strategy, creating a culture that helps maintain competitive advantage, supporting the arrival of new leadership, and more. Our approach is people-focused, and research-based. We stay apprised of the latest thinking in industrial sociology, organisational design, engagement, organisational psychology and corporate culture. We have indicative intellectual property that helps give direction, tools and structure to CCE consultants. However, flexibility, discipline and experience are also key to our work.
