The Role
The Teneo Financial Advisory tax team continues to grow and is seeking a Managing Director to play a leading role in the continued development of its Restructuring Tax Advisory practice.
In this role, you will act as a senior leader within the business, advising on the tax aspects of complex restructuring, and insolvency situations. You will work closely with stakeholders, including lenders, sponsors, management teams and insolvency practitioners, to develop and implement commercially effective, tax-efficient solutions in often time-critical and challenging circumstances.…
