About this role

WHAT WE'RE RESEARCHING We're running a paid study on the purchasing dynamics behind corporate health and pharmacy benefit plans. The goal is to map how large organizations structure their benefits packages to balance employee needs with cost controls. Your insights will help us understand the major pain points and decision drivers in the current health insurance market. HOW IT WORKS You will participate in a remote video interview to discuss your company's benefits strategy. We will ask you to walk through a recent plan renewal or vendor selection process, highlighting what went well and what proved challenging. You will also review a set of hypothetical plan structures and provide feedback on their appeal.…
