About the role
We’re looking for an Employee Experience Manager to create an exceptional workplace environment for our Thatch team. You’ll be a driving force behind our culture, managing our office operations, and helping support and execute large-scale events. There’s a lot of ground to cover but you’ll have the ability to tie many aspects of employee experience together.
What you'll do
Office Management
Oversee daily operations across our office locations, ensuring spaces are clean, functional, welcoming and well-maintained
Manage vendor relations including facilities, lunch/catering, supplies, and building management
Coordinate office services, supplies, equipment and support IT with Technology needs for seamless operations…
