Summary: Overview Under the general direction of the Senior Facilities Manager at our 92nd Street location in Manhattan, the Custodian is responsible for the general building maintenance and daily work to keep the ASPCA's facilities in a clean and orderly condition. They are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance functions on either a day, evening or overnight shift to ensure building cleanliness for animals, staff, volunteers and visitors. Who We Are The goal of the Facilities team is to ensure all ASPCA locations are fully operational so that staff and volunteers have optimum conditions to meet their program and department goals.
