Candidate would need to reside in one of the following counties: Bay, Calchoun, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Leo, Liberty, Madison, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Taylor, Walkulla, Walton or Washington County.
