About the Position The Financial Controller is a strategic, innovation-driven finance leader responsible for building enterprise financial strength and enabling data-driven decision-making across Geneva’s operations. This role integrates advanced FP&A, dashboarding, predictive analytics, and financial governance to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency. As the second-in-command to the Director of Finance & Accounting, the Financial Controller champions enterprise-level outcomes over departmental silos while leading continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across Finance & Accounting. This is a hybrid remote (hub anchored) Corporate position. Our Corporate hub locations are in Bethesda, MD and Frederick, MD.…
