About this role

Please note: This is a mobile position with preference given to candidates within commuting proximity to a Guardian office with the ability to travel to Guardian offices as determined by the People Leader. The LTD Claims Consultant is responsible for day to day execution to drive delivery of key metric results while increasing claim management accuracy and service delivery. The LTD Claims Consultant will develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying root cause, problem solving, identify solutions to improve performance and innovation.
