About this role

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Reporting to the Director, Partnerships & Business Development, the Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining well-planned sponsorship strategies to meet the organization’s financial objectives. You will be responsible for targeting and communicating with existing brand partners, inspiring and driving new brand partners, and exceeding financial goals and objectives. As a key member of the partnerships team, you will develop new sponsorship revenues, uncover and cultivate sponsorship relationships, work with internal Recording Academy departments on all sponsorship deliverables, and exceed budgeted sponsorship targets.…
