Lab Technician I

Summary Under direct supervision, provide basic support to laboratory functions including maintenance, operation of equipment and inventory of supplies and biospecimens. Support research personnel by assisting in laboratory prep and routine laboratory processing and Point of Care determinations. Primary Responsibilities Provide clean and organized space with materials prepared for use within research processing labs and storage locations. Operate and maintain a variety of basic lab equipment such as centrifuges, scales, and pipettes. Assist in organizing and set up of lab supplies and equipment for individual research visits.
