Summary As an Occupational Therapist in the Department of Plastic Surgery's Hand Clinic, you will plan and administer occupational therapy program to facilitate rehabilitation to patients who have experienced a hand or upper extremity injury, trauma, disease related condition or surgical intervention. Plan therapy program according to the individual needs of patients . Full-time schedule consisting of four 10-hour days - Monday through Friday. Primary Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop a treatment plan that integrates input from team members, patients and family. Perform therapy in accordance with the treatment plan and evaluate results. Accurately, promptly and thoroughly document patient’s care observations, interventions and evaluations.…
