About this role
The University Learning Center (ULC) is dedicated to providing academic support to The New School’s diverse student population through one-on-one tutoring sessions, workshops, and more. Tutors help students become stronger and more independent learners, so that they succeed in achieving their academic goals. Job Responsibilities: Tutor undergraduate and graduate students in a variety of math and economics subjects, including Quantitative Reasoning, Statistics, R, Tableau, SPSS, Economics, Accounting, Excel, Math Merchandising, Math Tools, and Calculus. Work with students of varying skill levels from demonstrating the basics to assisting with complex problems and a range of issues in between.…
