**Federal work-study students only** The Department of Mathematics seeks a motivated student to serve as a Finance and Administrative Intern . This position combines front-office responsibilities with hands-on experience in departmental finance and budgeting. Responsibilities include: Providing receptionist and front-desk support. Assisting with departmental financial adjustments using Workday Finance. Ordering departmental supplies and tracking related purchases. Preparing and updating recurring financial reports using Microsoft Excel. Supporting other administrative and financial projects as assigned.
