About this role

**Federal work-study required** Overview : Robertson Media Center Consultants are held to the highest standards of customer service. Potential employees with a foundation of knowledge about basic computer hardware and specialized video, audio, 3D, Virtual Reality and/or Augmented Reality will be given preference. Previous experience in customer service is greatly appreciated. Our patron use is currently heavily video and audio creation based, so expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, Logic Pro, Final Cut Pro, Garageband, Audacity, and/or similar software is appreciated. Willingness to learn hardware and software, including 3D printing, VR, and 3D modeling/animation software is preferred.…
