RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES: Liderar a operação e estratégia de conteúdo. Supervisionar calendário editorial e entregas. Garantir qualidade, consistência e alinhamento da comunicação. Fazer interface com Atendimento, Planejamento, Criação, Mídia e BI. Participar de reuniões e apresentações para o cliente. Acompanhar métricas e propor otimizações.
