About this role

The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate who is qualified and experienced in educational facility construction projects to serve as a Project Manager II for a large educational client within Los Angeles County with the below duties. Position Overview: The Project Manager II will oversee Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects for a major higher‑education client, managing a portfolio of renovation, modernization, and new construction projects. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring strict adherence to campus standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
