Learning Consultant & Designer

Core Responsibilities Consult with internal and external partners to conduct learning and performance needs assessments and define clear performance outcomes. Apply an understanding of how people learn at work to make informed design decisions that account for learner context, accessibility, and real‑world application. Lead the strategy, design, development, and/or curation of learning experiences using user centered design principles and established accessibility best practices. Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders through clear, consistent communication. Recommend and implement learning solutions that align with divisional goals.
